Gimme More!!

Wow this High Intensity Interval training rocks!!  It is hard but every workout you can feel yourself getting in better shape.  Today was Jump Ropes, Stone Squat and Press, StairMaster Level 10, Mountain Climbers, Lat Pull Downs  Dumbbell Pick all for 20 sec on 10 off with an ABs circuit thrown in at the end for good measure.  Great workout!
